New HIPAA/HITECH Business Associate Agreement

Per Section 17 of the Group Producer Agreement all Brokers and Group Producers must comply with Exhibit A, the Business Associate Agreement as may be modified from time to time. Please review and become familiar with it. It is not necessary to sign it.
