Notice regarding Change Healthcare

Sun Life U.S. is operating normally. We are currently receiving and processing dental claims at typical volumes. Our administrative systems have not been affected.

If your dental office previously used the Change Healthcare clearinghouse, here are other methods to submit your claims to us:

  • Use alternate clearinghouse services: Vyne or DentalxChange

Important information for California members

Free language assistance is available for dental members in the state of California to ensure that residents with limited English language skills are able to access services available to all members.

Members can get an interpreter at no cost to talk to your doctor or health plan. To get an interpreter or to ask about written information in your language, first call your plan’s phone number at 800-443-2995. Someone who speaks your language can help you. If you need more help, call the HMO Help Center at 888-466-2219 (for prepaid dental), or the CA Dept. of Insurance at 800-927-4357 (for PPO dental).

Puede obtener la ayuda de un interpreter sin costo alguno para hablar con su médico o con su plan de salud. Par obtener la ayuda de un interprete o preguntar sobre información escita en español, primero llame al número do teléfono de su plan de salud al 800-443-2995.
