Journey Design Researcher

Role

Do you like to ask “why”? Then you might excel as a Journey Design Researcher.

Journey Design Researchers conduct research to understand our users and their journeys across various touch points and channels. They do this by drawing insights from:

  • market data
  • client feedback
  • deep ethnographic research
  • analytics
  • internal knowledge banks
  • and experts

From these insights, they identify pain points and opportunities for improvements. They align design and business partners around a common understanding of current and emerging client needs.

Then, they work with CX and UX teams. Together they define, design, and test concepts to address these needs and optimize the user journeys.
